Beginners Kundalini Yoga

This is a beginners class where you will learn the basics of Kundalini yoga. As you learn this beautiful practice through chanting, mantras and breathing, you will developing your meditation skills and concentration. The yoga movements or postures, can be done safely to strengthen your body to preform the many different sets designed by Yoga Bhajan and effectively work the physical body. Your experience will help you gain awareness that has many benefits for all body types and ages. Come join me and restore your body, mind and spirit through the exploration of Kundalini yoga.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion.
