Balancing the Nervous System

A workshop on creating stronger nerves, developing capability to become calmer and have more energy.

The Teacher:

Inna Bondarchuk

The Day & Time:

9:00–10:30 a.m.
3 Sundays: May 13, 27, June 10

The location

The Ashram, College/Bathurst area,
(see the map)

The description:

When the nervous system acts weak, the capability to be effectively calm and active becomes shallow. It is not you who makes mistakes or who suffers, it is the nervous shallowness.

In the classes of this workshop we will practice Kriyas (sets of exercises) and meditations to correct the nerve shallowness that separates us from being happy and performing our best during our everyday activities.

Inna Bondarchuk

We will work on increasing the energy moving through particular nerve pathways, and balance the parasympathetic and sympatheric nervous systems.

The hand-outs will be provided, so all the yoga sets and meditations taught and practiced during the class, will be available to you for practice at home.

The classes will help to strengthen your nervous system by improving circulation and glandular response, will increase your energy levels and enhance your brain function.

We will also have fun!

The fees are:

$15 drop-in ($12 for students & seniors)
    or

$36 for the series of 3 ($30 for students & seniors)
    or

the Ashram class passes are acceptable.
