IMMUNE SYSTEM YOGA

Inspiring Body/Mind/Spirit Healing Using Kundalini Yoga

The series teaches various yoga exercises which support effective immune functioning. The glandular functions are strengthened through particular yoga exercises. Students are taught both relaxation techniques and ways to energize the body using yoga exercises as well as meditations and pranayams. Students will learn how particular exercises support the bodys cleansing and detoxifying. Participants are encouraged to listen to their own internal body energy to enable healing and health.

The classes will include:

  1. breathing techniques
  2. a variety of meditations, with and without mantra
  3. relaxation methods
  4. yoga exercises to support and inspire health and healing

Yoga exercises will be accommodated to individual body limitations.

Cost

$100 for the 8 week series or $15/drop-in class
